Guide Review - Ken Waters' Pet Loads

Pet Loads: Excellent From Start to Finish

What more can I say? I had some lingering doubts when I ordered it - would I get enough use out of it to justify the expense? The answer is a resounding "Yes!" This book is so full of information that I daresay I might use it for a lifetime and still leave portions of it unread - it's that comprehensive.

Waters covers it all - starting and maximum loads for a variety of bullets, cases, primers, and powders, as well as informed and entertaining commentary on a cartridge's practical uses, limits, and history. Cast-bullet loads are covered in many cases for all of you cast-bullet lovers out there.

Excellent cartridge diagrams are included also, and the combination of old-fashioned straight talk and detailed data makes this a wonderful book for just about any shooter.
